These terms apply to your use of camillejane.shop and purchases from Camille Jane. Our store is hosted by Shopify. For help, contact support@camillejane.shop.

Using our store

You must be legally able to enter a purchase contract, or have appropriate permission. Please provide accurate contact, delivery and payment details. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security, infringe others’ rights or use it for unlawful purposes.

Products and availability

Product descriptions, images and size guides help you choose. Colours may appear slightly different across screens, and size conversions are approximate. This does not affect your right to receive goods that match their description. Availability may change; if we cannot supply an item, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for it.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the store and at checkout. The final order total and applicable taxes or charges collected by us are shown before payment. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion charges. Promotional conditions, when offered, are displayed with the offer. A price change does not alter an order we have already accepted.

Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt; we accept your order when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order for a legitimate reason such as unavailable stock, suspected fraud or an obvious pricing error. If a correction is needed, we will contact you rather than increase the amount charged without your agreement. Payments for unfulfilled cancelled orders will be refunded.

Delivery, cancellations and returns

See our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, which form part of these terms. We offer free returns requested within 60 days of delivery, subject to the conditions explained in that policy. Contact us promptly if you need to cancel or change an order.

Our content and third-party services

Store content may be protected by intellectual property rights. You may browse and use it for personal shopping but may not reproduce it commercially without permission. Third-party websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices.

Responsibility and consumer rights

We are responsible for our obligations under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or breaches of mandatory consumer guarantees. You retain all mandatory protections available where you live, including under the Australian Consumer Law and applicable UK consumer legislation.

Changes and questions

We may update these terms for future use of the store. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
